Thank you for shopping with TanMate. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Below is our full shipping policy for all orders.
📦 Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Express Shipping
- $15.00 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

📮 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
🏠 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
TanMate is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do everything we can to ensure fast delivery, Once parcels are dispatched, TanMate is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier.
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t moved for several days, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier.
❌ Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed parcel
- Failure to collect
The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
🛑 Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the packaging and the product.
We will replace the item in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
