Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Express Shipping: ($15.00) Delivered in 1-3 business days

Shipping Carrier:

We use a reliable carrier such as Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking:

Once you order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within Australia.

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving at hello@tanmate.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
